Timer it up

Always feel like you're multi-tasking and not getting anything done?

Try setting a kitchen timer to help you focus on one task at a time. Work on what ever it is for the time you have allotted and stop when the timer beeps, dings, rings, or buzzes. I love to work in 15 minute increments. It's amazing what you can accomplish when not trying to multi-task.
