Take a break

In furthering my discussion lately on stress related issues, I just want to take a minute today to say how important taking breaks is for our physical and mental health which is directly related to our level of stress.

Right after typing this blog today I intend to take a break myself. So, for the time that I would normally keep writing and have anyone that reads my blog continue reading we can instead stop what we are doing and both take a break.
